To work with 16 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in two homes. Experience with OMRDD regulations greatly desired. Full-time. Monday through Friday. Holidays off.
Responsibilities include supervision of a direct care staff/medical liaison and oversight of medication passing by OMRDD Med Certified direct care staff. Responsible for training (diabetes, OMRDD medication course, nutrition, etc.). Must maintain all consumer records related to medical care (appointments, nursing plans, etc.) and staff training records related to medical training.
Will report directly to a Director of Residential Services. Pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits include employer matching 401(k) and tuition reimbursement.
Must have valid NYS driver’s license and good driving record. Must pass drug test. Criminal background check will be conducted.
