Our Medicaid Service Coordinators provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by arranging for various services such as housing, medical services, educational support, respite, recreation programs, community residential habilitation, and day habilitation. The Service Coordinator follows each person through his or her clinical path and provides support as needed. Our focus is to help individuals with developmental disabilities have successful lives in the community according to his or her dreams and desires.
